Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request early access or send a message through this website, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, primary market, auction volume and auction type, or the subject and body of your message.

Account and workspace information. If you use the AuctionWyse application, we store the account details you register with and the property, auction, and underwriting information you or your team enter or import.

Technical information. To protect our forms from abuse we record a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We do not store the raw IP address from website form submissions.

We use website submissions only to respond to you and to contact you about AuctionWyse early access. We use account and workspace information to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform for you and your organization.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share early-access or contact submissions with auction marketplaces. We use a small number of service providers — for example, hosting, database, email, and property-data providers — that process information on our behalf in order to run the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Early-access and contact submissions are stored separately from customer workspaces. Website visitors have no access to customer data, and customer organizations have no access to marketing submissions.

Access to customer data is restricted to the organization it belongs to, enforced at the database level. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Use the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

AuctionWyse is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
