AuctionWyse is investment-analysis software. It helps you organize property information, preserve auction history across cycles, and model the economics of a potential purchase. It is a tool for your own analysis.

Property estimates, provider AVMs, comparable sales, rent estimates, rehab ranges, ARV figures, auction intelligence, and maximum-bid calculations produced by AuctionWyse are informational and are based on the data available to the system and the assumptions you enter. They may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.

AuctionWyse is not an appraisal, legal, financial, title, tax, brokerage, or investment-advisory service, and no output should be treated as one. AuctionWyse does not recommend that you buy, bid on, or avoid any property.

You remain solely responsible for your own due diligence — including title, liens, occupancy, condition, redemption rights, auction terms, and applicable law — and for every bidding and purchase decision you make. Verify anything material with qualified professionals and with the auction operator's own documentation before you bid.

AuctionWyse is an independent software platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Auction.com or any other auction marketplace, trustee, servicer, or government body. Marketplace names are used only to describe where information originated.

Use AuctionWyse for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate the terms of any third-party site. AuctionWyse does not place bids on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. You keep ownership of the information you enter; you grant us the permission needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

AuctionWyse is under active development and is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted. We may update these terms as the product develops; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and AuctionWyse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from bidding, purchase, or investment decisions made using the service.
